- All items are handmade in Toronto. If the website says the piece is in stock, it will be shipped out within 2-3 business days
-Free shipping on all Canadian retail orders over $120.00 before tax. Free shipping on all U.S. retail orders over $250.00
- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars
- Appropriate provincial taxes will be applied to all Canadian orders
- We are not responsible for duties or taxes applied to the import of international packages
-If a piece says "out of stock" please feel free to call or email. We can check to see if the piece is available at our other location or tell you how to go about placing a special order.

Repairs:
- Manufacturer defects can happen from time to time and will be repaired at no cost within one year of purchase
- If an item is damaged due to regular wear and tear because you piece is "well loved", repair costs may apply. Please send us an email and include a photo of the item to be repaired and we will be able to advise you of any applicable costs before proceeding with the repair. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange:
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once received, please send the item back to us along with the RA number within 15 days. Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange or credit note. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges.
